It may work, but what you get is not always the best version.

Why are there several files in the list, and which one should I pick?
Because it sniffs every media request on the page, and those can include preview clips, versions at different bitrates, and ad videos.
The general rule: pick the one with the highest resolution and the largest file size. If a file is noticeably small (say, only a few hundred KB), it is most likely a preview clip. Having to judge this by hand is a built-in disadvantage of sniffing tools compared with dedicated ones.
